Pick & Boast Text Message (SMS) Notifications

Text message notifications are optional and available only to invited, signed-in Pick & Boast users. This public page lets visitors and messaging reviewers inspect the private opt-in process without an account.

How users opt in

  1. The invited user signs in and opens Your profile. Visitors without an invitation cannot access the profile.
  2. The user enters a mobile number and verifies ownership using a one-time text message code.
  3. The user affirmatively checks each text-message category they want, such as missing-pick reminders or weekly summaries.
  4. The user selects Save profile to record those choices.

No text-message category is enabled by default. Each category requires its own unchecked-by-default choice. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using Pick & Boast.

This is a public, non-interactive view of the text-message controls in an invited member’s signed-in profile. The actual opt-in is on the private profile page; this view cannot collect a phone number, save preferences, or send messages.

What users receive

Depending on the categories selected, messages may include verification codes, missing-pick reminders, notices that picks are open, schedule changes, weekly results and leaderboard summaries, and configured prize results. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help
