Use of Pick & Boast

Pick & Boast is an invitation-only service for private sports-pick groups. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it. Do not use the service unlawfully or interfere with other users or the operation of the website.

Picks, standings, and prizes

Group rules, deadlines, scoring, and optional prizes are established by group administrators. Pick & Boast does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of third-party sports information. Group disputes and fulfillment of group prizes are the responsibility of the applicable group and its administrators.

SMS Terms

Pick & Boast sends SMS messages only to users who provide a mobile number, verify that number, and affirmatively enable one or more SMS notification choices in their profile. Messages may include verification codes, missing-pick reminders, notices that picks are open, schedule changes, weekly summaries, leaderboard updates, and prize results.

Message frequency varies with your selected preferences and group activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of using Pick & Boast. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. You can also disable individual SMS categories from your profile or contact info@pickandboast.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The service may change or be temporarily unavailable. We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change.
